Don't live here. Terrible people and they're mean. They're just going to try to take all your money and give you nothing.

BED BUGS. I urge everyone to consider the risk they are taking by renting with this management. Reported that my apartment was infested with bed bugs after moving in and they act like it's my problem. Neighbor who was moving out said that's why he didn't sign another lease.

By far the worst place I have ever lived due to the horrible office staff and poor maintenance. The office staff are petty, discourteous, and unprofessional. The maintenance never fixed anything. I will NEVER live at a Place to Be property again and urge the readers of this review not to either. I would give them 0 stars on everything if that was an option.

I have had a really awesome experience with Place To Be Properties. I had been searching for an affordable pet friendly, one bed room, close to campus apartment, and had really come up short. I called Places to Be and was immediately set up with an appointment that same day. I had previously rented with Scott Brown, and it was an ABSOLUTE nightmare. So I was a little intimidated of trying another major leasing agency is Denton. My leasing agent is Vanessa Ochoa. She is great! She is so kind, professional, and conversational and made the process extremely easy for me. I put a deposit down the same day. I love my apartment, it is absolutely adorable :,). It has big windows, hard wood floors, excellent air conditioning. It's perfect. Will definitely rent through Places To Be as long as I'm in Denton!!

If your new place is furnished with dark wooden bar stools with backs, they came out of a Dumpster. This morning, I saw a Place To Be Properties van pick up the three chairs from a sorority Dumpster. They had an X design on the back and the seats were square, no cushion. Obviously a classy establishment.
