The luxor nails & spa 5050 teasly owner dealt with the bad worker , toook away the workers' money and swore to the workers, stymied the worker, l asked people like that. Please help me boycott this salon nails

I usually go to google to see ratings and reviews on businesses, but I rarely write them. If I could give no stars, I would. This by far was the worst experience I've ever had in a nail salon. They messed up my nails and after returning to get them fixed, the manager attempts to do so, while making them worse. Then I come back, asking to speak with him. After he finishes with his customer, he spends a good 5+ minutes on his phone, while I'm waiting to speak with him. When I tell him that I'm not satisfied, he says "they look fine" and refuses to see things from the perspective of a customer. Then as we're talking, he proceeds to say all he can do it take a few dollars off (after already paying a sky rocket price in the first place) for a new set. Then he walks off while I'm talking and refuses to hear me as a customer. I go back to speak to the lady who did my nails and said, "if you're not satisfied or you see something you don't like, let me know and we'll fix it." Which is what I did, now she wants to act like she didn't say that and doesn't understand. She didn't even say anything to me. She just looked lost. Michelle was a very sweet lady, but the manager was beyond rude and inconsiderate and the lady that did my nails wants to act clueless. They clearly lack integrity, as they lied to my face, twice. I don't play about my money and I'm never wasting my time or money on them again. Ever!!!

Sad thing is, I went because of all of the wonderful reviews, I'm sad I had to find out otherwise for myself and lose money as a result. I'll stick with who I know instead of venturing out to people I thought would leave me beyond satisfied.

Save your money, dignity and time. Once they have your money, they have the worst customer service. No customer should have to walk away from an establishment feeling as if they've been robbed.

I've been going here for months and I absolutely love it. They are extremely accommodating and are some of the best at what they do. You're always greeted with a smile and asked if you want water. You always leave with a smile

I love oh my nails! I go there every week!

The staff is super friendly and professional, they can do almost anything you want on your nails! They have a huge variety of services and all the girls are very good. Once I showed them a pic from the internet an they all helped me with colors and style and in the end it was perfect!

It's better to make an appointment on weekends!!

I have been looking all over for a salon like this. I knew if I wanted quality nails I would have to find a cutting edge salon. Well I found it! If you're looking for a clean welcoming peaceful environment look no further. Prices reflect the quality of the work. Well worth it in my opinion. I went specifically to get nail extensions/ enhancements and wanted clear acrylic. The owner took the time to explain everything to me and I couldn't be happier!!!
