Been a loyal customer at this store for years and generally had good service. In early April bought a Refrigerator and Storage Closet. spent about $2500. Took a month for delivery. When they delivered they sent the wrong size Closet we ordered. When they brought in the Fridge they took a chunk out of our front door. They said someone would contact us in about a week. Waited 3 weeks and finally contacted store. Talked to a manager and gave him all our info he needed and photos of damage. He said someone would call us in a couple of days. Another 3 weeks have passed and no contact. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I'M DONE. After 14 years and thousands of dollars spent, I won't go back. Your lousy follow up has cost you a loyal customer. Was it worth losing someone over about $100 to get door fixed. Guess it was on your part.

Dont ever buy a fence from them and expect quality service from their sub-contractors they hire to do the work
