Over-priced. Initially refused cash refund on cash item return. Were condescending at my calling of corporate to try to further understand why they could not immediately refund my cash, but that it had to be done via credit or debit card. Nowhere in building does it state this policy or on the receipt. The corporate office was helpful, and the clerk who handled me refund was polite. The manager was standoffish and claimed he was in house all day during my previous attempt at return. Go somewhere else for your irrigation needs.
