excellent carina was great she took care of me from the beginning to the end. She took out time to make sure the car was cleaned and full tank of gas and explained all the car functions to me.

Excellent experience. We test drove several trucks on a Thursday. The next day we were able to come to an agreement on the price. We drove to the dealership later in the day to sign paperwork and pick up keys.

Then I came to visit for preparing my move and stop by the store and Mitch from sale and Mike from finance got the whole process completed in 40 minutes top (and I had to make two phone calls for insurance and something else), everything was fast and easy, professional and very pleasant. I highly recommend the service department at Bill Utter Ford and Lee Trunick. We use our trucks for farm chores and traveling to horse shows.
