My Seiko Ladies Kinetic watch, model 3m22-0B29 (given to me as a 20 year work anniversary gift back in the 1990's) had been keeping time, but the date wouldn't change automatically after midnight; no big deal to me, I could still change it manually. I made the mistake of putting it in a jeans pocket, and forgot about it. Subsequently, I sent it through a wash AND dry cycle in a load of laundry, and my watch became totally inoperative afterwards (although it LOOKED sparkly clean).

I did an online search on Seiko kinetic watch repair, found Bestfix Watch Company, liked what I read, and decided to take a chance...sent them the watch, paid for the complete service plus repair level, waited about 4 weeks, and got the watch back in the mail, already set for my local date & time, and ticking away!!!

I am VERY happy with the service, and plan to take VERY good care of my treasured keepsake. I wear it constantly, even to bed, and only remove it when I shower.
