Apparently you can't give zero stars. I live in a house with Adami, a little P.O.S that we are charged entirely too much for. We have idiotically put so much into fixing this house up and have only gotten rudeness back from them. Our lease doesn't end until the beginning of June and there has been a for lease sign in our front yard since the first of March. We are sometimes notified that there will be a showing FOUR HOURS in advance of the actual showing. We are forced to have our house available and sometimes Tracy doesn't even show up to show the house. For this week we will have a showing every day of the week. No common courtesy at this business. I haven't even talked about the fact that the A/C unit was going out for two months and every time they came out they patched the problem until it finally went out for good and we were left without A/C for a week. They also tried to get animal control to take our animals. Renting from Adami was the biggest mistake I've ever made in my life

1 star is too many, and if there was a zero star option then that would still not be low enough in my opinion to rate these crooks. They are the absolute worst realty company I have ever had the displeasure of conducting business with, and genuinely hope they either go out of business, or get shut down by the better business bureau. Their receptionist is rude, their representatives are unprofessional, lazy, and have no problem lying to your face. One in particular, named Tracy, will not return a single phone call, is never in the office, and will not hesitate to tell you that you are interrupting her schedule, even though she is your designated property manager. They falsely advertised selling points on properties that ended up not being accurate, they will forget your maintenance requests, and regardless of how clean the house is once your lease is up they will keep your security deposit, and even ask for more on account of bogus claims. Worst business in Denton. DON'T RENT!!!

This is my first apartment and I really could not be any happier. It is so quaint and everyone is very nice. I put in a maintenance request and literally 15 minutes later there was a maintenance guy at my door. I had a bad roommate situation and Tracy Nichols was more than accommodating to help a really bad situation. My unit has wood laminate flooring that is beautiful, and the rent is only 900 a month. Not bad for a two bedroom. My former roommate is now at another property paying 700 for a 1 bedroom that is almost a fourth of the size of my unit. My apartment is very spacious, and has nice big windows for adequate sunlight. All of the staff have been very in tuned to all of my needs and I have received e-mail responses no more than 24 hours from when I've sent them. I plan on being in these units for 2 years to finish out my degree. As for location. I am right across the street from the rec center. I'd say a 15 minute walk from all of my regular classes.

The condominium community is practically right on campus! The units are spacious and seem very quiet. The leasing process was very easy and Tracy the Property Manager did everything she could to simplify the preparation of the paperwork and quickly prepare the apartment for move in. Before school even started in August, my daughter discovered that she and her roommate could not get along and were not going to be able to live together. Tracy did absolutely everything that she could to make a bad situation bearable for all the parties involved. She handled herself in a very professional manner and was available day and night to help us in every way possible. She truly went beyond the call of duty finding good workable solutions for what turned into a very bad roommate situation. Even when Tracy was being mistreated and disrespected daily by the other roommate and her mother, she kept her cool and always did the right thing. I would definitely recommend this complex to others.

I was so happy with Adami Realty! They help me get into an apartment last minute when the dorm was booked! I wasn't sure what I was going to do. They were friendly, down to earth, helpful and I get into a place right on campus! Check them out! Stephanie

Worst experience ever. Horrible management, and they overcharged when we moved out, and randomly extended our lease date without telling us. Be sure and clean your apartment's spotless, or they still might charge you arbitrarily. We were nickel and dimed. Apartment was TERRIBLE. Walls were thin, we heard everything our neighbors were doing. It was like giant rats were living above us. They don't do anything if you complain about the noise either. If you live in Hickory Tree Apt's, you will be dissappointed, and the management will infuriate you.

We have had a wonderful experience with them! They are very easy to communicate with and if you have a maintenance request they usually do it the same day or the next day. Their customer service is wonderful and they are very nice people.

The emails I've gotten from the agent over this issue are condescending and filled with circular reasoning. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, ESPECIALLY IF YOU'RE A COLLEGE STUDENT.

"all i need to say is when you move take lots of good photos of everything in the place you are leaving.make them do a walk through before you leave.they will tell you they do not have the time. ask for that in writting. they will charge you for everything thay can and will keep your deposet and take you to court for more. the day thay took me to court there was two others.they do this a lot and are good at it. if you decide to rent from addami good luck."

I have lived at two apartment complex so far ever since I've lived in Denton. The previous had amazing service and were the most welcoming people. Although, Adami & Assoc are TERRIBLE at customer service. They have overcharged me on my rent. When I confront them, they stand strong that they were right. Turns out, I was correct and they overcharged me over double the amount. They are very rude and would not even apologize for their mistakes. They also come in and out when they please to show the apartments to other people. Which is very dangerous, especially when me or my roommates are not home. They are very disrespectful and show no respect to our privacy. Even most of their properties are close to campus, DO NOT LIVE HERE. YOUR MONEY IS NOT WORTH THE SERVICE OR THE SQUEAKY FLOORS.
