I was worried about using a small town taxi company but the service was really professional and efficient. I was impressed with the driver we had; respectful, educated, and entertaining. I canceled our Dallas taxi to DFW airport the next morning and called AA Taxi to take us. Another good experience and the flat rate was $23 cheaper.

I just got off the phone with AA Shuttle and I have to say, the person I spoke with was very customer service oriented and very pleasant to talk with. I will definitely be using their services this week especially since the fare they quoted me was better than I expected.

Called to try to reserve a cab for a guest and was treated so rudely. Apparently if you check Yahoo! reviews there are horror stories of service. I'm not surprised given the terrible treatment I just received. Sorry for trying to give you business, AA. Trust me, I won't make that mistake again.

The best Shuttle I have ever used. Got me to the Airport fast even when I was running late call the on the last min. and they showed up with in 15min.
