We recently came home and we did not have a trash container. Some how it disappeared we called Roggenkamp and not only did they bring us a new one but insisted we have any additional trash put to the curb. We have had nothing but excellent service for the four years since we have moved to Lincoln with Roggenkamp.

I have had nothing but great service from Roggenkamp. Always on time, place the tub back out of the way. Highly recommend

Horrible. They never dump the whole can. They just reach in and grab the top bag, so then the bottom stuff rots and stinks!

I absolutely loved there service when I lived at home with my parents. My parents have been customers of his for years and years. Even when other trash services came in my dad stayed with them. They give you two cans one for trash and one for yard waste. You get trash picked up twice a week and yard waste pick up on Wednesdays during spring summer and fall. Now that I have a house of my own in Parkville, Mo. I can't find any trash service that gives you a can for your yard waste. You have to put the grass in paper bags. They charge you a dollar a bag instead of a flat fee

I had been happy with their pick up. Convenient that they come get the can. That's all I can say. They are a bit more costly, but my biggest complaint is they never return my phone calls. I have been trying to reach them since the end of January, it is now March, and still no response. I am cancelling my service.

I have been with Roggenkamp Refuse since 1987 and they provide wonderful, personal service. I have had to call them many times for special requests and have never had a problem getting my calls returned, usually within twenty-four hours. Their men are always helpful and respectful and the one thing that I see about Roggenkamp that is different from the other haulers is that; they never block the street or driveways. I've had problems in my area with Midwest Refuse leaving their trucks in the middle of the street OR having two of their trucks meet in the middle of the street so the drivers can visit. I waited for ten minutes one time while the drivers were visiting and finally got out of my car and approached them!!! They were not polite about and they waited about another five minutes to move, I guess just to show me that they weren't bothered by me. You will never see this happen with Roggenkamp as the owner would have someone's job for doing this!!!!!

They pick up the garbage fine most of the time, but if you ever need to get call them to change or add a service it is nearly impossible. Last year I tried for 3 weeks to call and add the yard waste service and half the time there message machine was full so I couldn't leave a message and the other half when I left a message my call was not returned. I have been having the same problems with them so far this spring and have decided to cancel, only one problem no one answers the phone and I can't leave a message because the memory is full. Terrible customer service with this company! If I could have I wouldn't have even given them a one star rating.
