Ms Pat is AMAZING

I run a statewide non-profit that works with teachers. As such, I need REAMS of printing done; everything from business cards to event flyers, and letterhead to new curriculum. I live north of Denham, my office is in Baton Rouge and I travel the entire state to present workshops-so I have been to more than my fair share of Office Depot locations! Without exception, Ms. Pat is the finest, most knowledgeable and capable person in any Office Depot Print Center in the entire state! She is incredibly adept at all aspects of her job, is astonishingly efficient and can problem-solve any issue. More, Ms. Pat is the consummate professional and is always courteous no matter how ill-behaved the customer (I have witnessed her artfully, tactfully and kindly meet unfounded antagonism with pure grace!) Ms Pat redefines "customer service" and is someone with whom it is an absolutely pleasure to deal. I will literally drive 30 miles out of my way when I need printing done just to take it to her. Office Depot, I sincerely hope you know what an exceptional employee you have in Ms. Pat.
