We hired Kuiper Yard and Tree to remove one tree and stump, as well as trim two others. They didn't do a good job at all! The staff had to be asked to clean up the mess they made, they ran over brickwork, plants and decorative stones and removed our fence after we asked them numerous times to use the backyard entrance with their trucks. We are quite unsatisfied.The owner refused to answer or return calls. I had to report them to the Better Business Bureau and it took Shawn Kuiper 2 months to respond to the complaint. He said that he would refund $50 for their mistakes, we have yet to see that check. If you want honest, reliable and great work done for the hard earned money you're spending.....LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE! The owner, Shawn, has yet to learn about customer satisfaction and is the most arrogant business owner i've ever had to deal with. Buyer beware, call someone else for your tree needs. I would give them 0 thumbs up, but this site makes you choose at least one.

They cut some trees down for me and they trimed some others and ended up killing them because they trimed to much! 3 trees died on me this year becuase of them!
