This business is shady, shady, shady. When I called to make my appointment, I asked up front if they took Blue Cross Blue Shield Federal. The person making my appointment assured me that they did. After my ANNUAL PHYSICAL, I get slapped with a $300 bill and they tell me the person I went to see was out-of-network. After I called to make an initial payment and set up recurring payments, I called the local billing office for Deming Family Practice and the girl I spoke to told me I wasn't responsible for the bill and didn't have to pay it, and that she would take care of it. I called several times to make sure that it was taken care of after still receiving bills in the mail. Today, I received a letter from a debt collection agency telling me that my medical bill had been sent to collections. This business is dishonest, to put it extremely politely. I will never use their services again. Thanks for ruining my credit, Deming Family Practice.
