I've been doing my taxes with Haydee for over 5 years. Always greets me with a smile, explains every detail when doing my taxes and able to answer all my questions and concerns. I highly recommend this company.

Very dishonest people. Do not get your taxes done here!!! Nothing but liars. I went into this office to do my taxes on 2/1 the lady claimed the irs system was down and could not submit. She was suppossed to do electronic filling the following Monday, I was told I would get a call to come in & sign papers. I never got a call a week later I went in and waited over 2 hours never got seen. So I left went back on the 19th to simply pick up paperwork, waited over 45 mins, after 45 mins the receptionist asked if I could wait while Haydee ate her lunch, I don't think so. They finally called me back this Haydee lady said I'm sorry I forgot to submit your return it was submitted 2 days ago. Which was a lie she submitted my return while I was there I called the irs to verify & sure enough it had been submitted on the 19th. I told this lady this was unacceptable she offered to either refund half of the fee & do a credit for next year return (like I would actually go back to her) I told her I would talk to my husband & will let her know. The following day my husband went to speak with her & get refund for the fee he was told I had to come in. I called this woman and she said I have to check my bank account & move some money around I will get back to you. Till today I have not heard back from her. But they sure did not forgot to cash my check right away. I'm surprised this woman had not been audited by the irs.
