In the first three days of renting my drivers side mirror was ripped off my truck by the guy in the spot next to my work truck. The glass from the mirror was on the ground and the guy left with his boat. The office claimed I broke the mirror to collect insurance. I found out none of their cameras record anything that can be played back for evidence. People roam their storage lot that do not even rent there. The keypad on the gate sticks and you have to re-enter your code over and over. When you rent a parking spot people visiting to remove or deliver their stuff will park in your spot and it is your problem to get them out. I was paying 225 for my parking spot and 10x20 unit. Who in the world would let a long term customer walk this day and age?
