I moved from orange county and this was the highest deposit i ever had to put down ($195)!!!!!!! Then my second bill was $169!!! I never paid over $60 for water. They charged $125 for sewer!!!!! They said something about $12 per gallon!!! Its ridiculous!!! So i didnt pay it and they cut it off. They charge $40 before 3:30Pm and $100 after. So i paid it at 7:30 am and i got home at 8pm and it still wasnt on!!! Bad service!! Worst water company! !!
