After six years of service Todd has once again proven to be professional and extremely customer service oriented. I could go on and on about Cool Solutions but just let me say " If you use another company you lose out on the person to person experience". There are none better in central Florida.

Had my oversized HVAC system replaced by Todd, the owner of Cool solutions. Based on new load calculations done by the wonderful company Speedy Calcs of Deltona, Todd recommended a 4 ton. We decided on the 4 ton 15 seer comfortmaker. We wanted extra protection from mold and other allergens from entering our living space so we we went with Todd installing the ultra violet light. During the install Todd also replaced the 3 Zone damper system and duct work.
He was awsome and had our system up and running within 24 hours. The system has been running fantastic since. The air is cool and comfortable in our house that was contaminated and sticky. I guess thats why they call it a comfortmaker.
When the city code inspector came to inspect the unit, his quote was, "this is a great install'. Thank you for every thing Mr Todd Kirkpatrick you are our Hero!!!

Cool Solutions installed a heat pump system in my rental property over a year ago and I have to say that they did such a great job that we have had NO PROBLEMS whatsoever. Most AC units are built to last but the most important ingredient for a trouble free unit is the installation, it is the difference between a unit that runs and runs and a unit that you are constantly calling for a service man and this is where COOL SOLUTIONS really excels. My AC house wasn't blow cold air and I called Cool Solutions of Central Florida . I got my phone call answered by Tiffany Chapa . It was Sunday afternoon , so after explaining the problem to her She contacted Todd (owner of Cool Solutions )

Miss Chapa had him coming to check the AC unit Monday afternoon . Todd came and inspected my unit ,found the problem and explain my options to me nice and clear . Since the unit was over 20 years old the best option to me was buying a brand new AC unit for my house .

I spoke with Tiffany Chapa again on Monday afternoon and she found me the best AC unit price with 10 years warranty .I waited 3 days for the new AC unit to arrive .Tiffany was on the phone with me every single day making sure I got all the information and all my questions answered .Great customer service !

Friday morning I had 2 guys Adam and Jimmy who did all the excellent work replacing the unit .They worked non stop from 8 am till 6 pm on Friday .I was surprised how fast professional and clean they both worked .Todd came by several times thru that Friday and Tiffany bring me the permit for the unit in person . Everything went just excellent .The all team is great .I have my air back ON blowing cold air and maintenance instruction on monthly bases .

I contacted Cool Solutions of Central Florida and spoke with a nice lady named Tiffany. I advised her of my problem, and she said that she would be in contact with me shortly once she spoke with the owner. She did call back as promised, and an appointment was set for the AC not cooling the house. Todd came out and inspected my unit. He noticed that there was no power to the unit. It was electrical. To my surprise, He knew how to fix it and was very knowledgeable. He spent time with my family and I explaining everything, and even giving helpful hints to keep my AC unit running flawlessly. He fixed the issue, noticed a couple of other issues and fixed those too! He was very affordable and just a delight to have worked with him. I will use this company again in the future and I will be sure to tell my friends and others about Cool Solutions of Central Florida.
