I called and worked with several "Good" Appliance Technicians (Including GE's) but Luke was the only one who knew how to repair our 42" GE Profile Freezer. Also, his office staff was excellent. It was a very good experience from beginning to end. "Smart Choice Appliance, LLC" is a very "Smart Choice".

This business is ABSOLUTELY incredible! My refrigerator went down on a Saturday nite at 8:30 p.m. I called and Luke explained what the problem might be with my refrigerator and he would be out within the hour to repair it. What a great experience! His price was very reasonable, he wore protection on his shoes for my nice clean white floors, lol. Luke did exactly what he said he would do and most of all, he did not try to up charge us. Honest and Personable! Thanks Luke!

Luke did a great job repairing my fridge. The price was right and I was very impressed with the fact that he followed up with me to make sure it was still working fine. Follow up is not common these days in business so I take that as a strong indication he cares. Its also nice to know when you call Smart Choice you are calling the owner of the business not some 1 800 number with an appointment with a four hour window. Thanks for your great work.

Luke is very personal and makes you feel like a valued customer. This company is outstanding and exceeds all my expectations. I wish all businesses were run like Luke runs his small family business! Luke was able to come out to my house the same afternoon that I called to fix my Dryer.I didn't have to wait around during a 4 hour period. He was able to fix my dryer immediately. He is friendly and personable, honest (even showed me the part that needed to be replaced). I had originally called Sears who charges an arm and a leg to come out and Luke charged a lot lot LESS. The cost of the repair was also very reasonable. I am a recurrent customer and will never go to any other company again. Give him a call and tell him Billy O referred you, if you need any appliance fixed. I put my name on it and he has my stamp of approval.

Luke was so well equipped and detailed about his work. He offered us some very helpful and useful tips on how to keep our appliances working in tip to shape for years to come. We have piece of mind knowing such a reputable and experienced company with such professional service and care serviced our appliances.
