NO REFUND POLICY, even if they do not perform any service!



I filled in their lengthy online form last night, and then went directly to their link to the State Dept. and filled that lengthy form out. Got the message back from the govt. that I would need to appear in PERSON at a passport agency, because my original passport was issued as a minor.



Since they would not be able to perform an actual service for me, I immediately requested a refund via phone message and email. At this point, it was within an hour of placing my online order, and they were closed and had done nothing but charge my Visa $149.



They refuse to issue a refund (except for the $50 shipping), even though I need to go personally to a passport agency. What service can they provide me, and how can they logically justify still charging me?



They're using the usual scam of "our disclaimer says no refunds." That is the refuge of scoundrels. No legitimate company uses that line any more, so if you see it, beware! I will be declining the bankcharge, and have kept copies of all my correspondence.
