In my opinion, only use Dustin and his crew if you want to get ripped off and have all of your belongings damaged.

They started me off with an estimated rate between $190 - $225, plus an extra $99 for storage. Dustin also offered an extra mover for a fee, but we declined. They also estimated the move would take between 30 mins - 1hr to load, 30 mins to drive, and between 30 - 45 mins to unload.

So about five hours into our three-hour move, Dustin shows up with an extra hand because his current team was taking too long.

They finally load everything up and realize they didn't bring the right size truck so they had to come back for my couch (I got charged for an extra hour of time because of their mistake)

The crew went to unload everything into storage and came back. It took them thirty minutes to drive to the storage unit which was less than five minutws away from my place.

They show back up to tell me the couch wouldn't fit in the storage so they're going to keep it on their truck

Dustin finally stops the time and we're just about at the 7-hour mark

He charged my card $820 He assured me at the start that the card I gave him was only going to be used for a hold of $200

Dustin charged me for himself and the extra guy he brought out to help, which I declined when he originally offered.

We decide we can't afford his service again I decide to call him and ask how I can go about getting the keys to my storage

He started acting very hostile and demanding cash (even though he already charged my card). I was worried he was going to do something erratic with my belongings so I decided to meet his demands and bring him the cash

He crammed my life into two tiny storage units and scratched the vast majority of furniture I own by carelessly piling everything on top of each other.

I had to meet him behind the Tire Kingdom late at night to pick my couch up from a rundown moving truck. I had to pull my couch through hedges because he couldnt move the broken truck.

So so goodboys. I love them. Happy all around glad I choose this company. ............................

Fraudulent company! Will not give you a contract or receipt! Takes your credit card number and overcharges you without you knowing! Overcharged by $300.00 from the original estimate.

A TERRIBLE experience with AA CONDO MOVERS. The owner Dustin was really rude when I called him and asked him to explain to me the concept of time windows and why I was charged by half a hour more than what I thought. I was totally OK by paying a little bit more but I just wanted to understand why, since the driver was really not good at communicating. Dustin was very impatient saying that "The driver was pretty clear about the time windows and it is your problem not understanding him" and later started yelling at me repeatedly "Do you have a hearing problem? Do you have a hearing problem ?...", trying to humiliate me. He is the rudest person I have ever dealt with. The movers were not professional either. They spent the customer's time clearing out their own truck and made big scratches on my furniture and the doors of my new home. I did not even bother to argue with Dustin about the scratches because I don't want to get myself humiliated by him, again.

All business but friendly at the same time. I had Alex reserve my move he made me feel comfortable they were a good company and he was right!! I have no complaints.Lantana to Boynton/2 bedrooms/50 boxes/1st floor-first floor… They loaded me up in one hour a they did stop for a soda but they were still at my new place within the first two hours then they took 45 minutes to put back together altogether I paid three hours with their "no extra cost special! " $299.00. Was my total Ill be calling them again . They followed up with me about any concerns immediately after they left with a survey professional people from start to finish

Wow, worse moving experience ever. I contacted their company for a small move after seeing one of their trucks and was happy with how easy it was to reserve the company. My reservation was for a 2pm pick up in Fort Lauderdale and drop off in Boynton Beach. On the day of the move I drove to Fort Lauderdale to grant them access to the property and at 2:10 I called the office because they had not shown up. Dustin advised they were running 3-4hours behind but seemed annoyed I was asking what time they would arrive. I drove back to my place in Boynton Beach. At 5:10pm, Dustin called to update me that they would not be arriving to pick up my belongings in Fort Lauderdale until 6:30-6:45pm so I made arrangements with my Dad to give them access. After the belongings were finally dropped off to me in Boynton at 7:45pm, my husband asked for the total cost of the move and the mover advise it would be $199 plus mileage and fuel costs but that he had to confirm with Dustin. A few minutes later, my husband told me the movers left without any response so I called Dustin to confirm the total cost. Dustin was absolutely rude and kept speaking over me advising that he had gone over the total with me the day before. I tried to explain that the mover said something different and he continued speaking over me until I asked if he was going to allow me to speak. I would never use this company or refer them to anyone in the future. Dustin was completely unprofessional and lacked customer service skills. As the owner of a catering business, I can honestly say it was the worse customer service I have ever received.

We hired AA Condo Movers to unload our moving truck for us. They did an ok job for the price. If I could redo it and hire someone else I probably would. The two men who unloaded for us seemed very unprofessional. It seemed to us as if they were stalling the whole time ( we don't have very much stuff it all fit in a 16 ft truck ) in order to get paid more money. The whole time one of the guys was complaining that he just wanted to get it done because he had to go to his other job later that night. I would say spend the extra 50 or 100$ and go with a more professional moving company!

AA Condo Movers was great. They were on time, the whole move was fast, and very affordable. I had no problems whatsoever. Thank you

To Dustin and the those 2 fabulous guys that came and made my moving experience a breeze. Outstanding, spectacular, and fast ; what can I say If you need to move call em'. They are really, really good!!!!!!!!

The Best Movers in Town

I need to write this review because they went beyond what I expected from a moving company from when I made the first call the customer service. 9/08/13 They had all the proper condominium association extra insurance needed for condos they charge me no extra for this insurance it was all included! They set me up for all my specific accommodations… The day they arrived 9/14/13 on time With professional gentleman and a very clean new truck w their logo on the side.the supervisor on the job was patient to place post it' notes on the partial move that I had so there was no mistakes made once we got everything identified they were fast and carful grabbing boxes first and loading the truck they moved my three-bedroom apartment from the 8th floor in downtown Fort Lauderdale. To a 4th fl in downtown West Palm Beach. They did it all with only 3men in a days time 5-6hrs. Very satisfied!

I can not say enough good things about AA Condo movers and will definitely recommend them to anyone looking to move. I needed someone on short notice for a long distance move. The quotes I got from other companies was outrageous. I must admit I was skeptical at the much lower quote I got from AA Condo but I was desperate and on a budget. They arrived on time and prepared to work, even brought me extra boxes in case I needed them. They worked efficiently for 2 hours to load my 3 bedroom condo, drove 2 hours from Miami to Loxahatchee and got me unloaded with everything in the right rooms in another 2 hours. The men were polite and professional through the day and even when I offered them a sandwich and drink, never stopped working. This was the easiest move of my life! I paid exactly what was quoted to me and they were on their way. You should absolutely give them a call if your doing any type of move. Thank you AA Condo Movers for making such a terrible time in my life such a pleasant experience!

I first heard about this company through my sister she used them a few months back and told me when I moved make sure I called them. Now after having them move me I feel compelled to write a great review. I've heard a lot of bad stories about moving companies and of course I was nervous but this company is quite the contrary, I got nothing but great service & respect. They treated my things with care. The boxes I had marked fragile were carried rather than put on the handcart to ensure no breakage... These men worked hard & nonstop they were very polite! It was very hot and I have to say I was impressed with the supervisor on the job wrapping the glass, loading the truck ect... They're experienced It was all calculated in the order of things they brought to the truck, they were great and I have to give them they highest rating. They moved my two bedroom apartment from the second floor to another second floor with an elevator in 3 1/2 hours.. I got to quality move like I knew I would and I'm glad this company exists, I checked them out through the county commisioners office and the (bbb) they're a legit liceinsed company it seems doing everything right. highly recommended!

This was the most nightmarish moving experience of my life and I have moved many times. These people are totally unprofessional in every way. All I got from them was a bunch of excuses, constant demands to be paid up front and in cash before they would lift a finger, and even some threats when I questioned them about their hours and pricing! . Overall, 1,900.00 I paid because of his failure to bring enough men for the job, failure to arrive at the building on time as agreed, and failure to inform me that he could not get the move completed on time. Most disturbing was his insistence both days on being paid in cash before fulfilling the services that were agreed upon. He blamed everything on the place where I was moving, even though he agreed to the rules and hours for the elevator in advance. He also left without giving me a receipt, but the two police officers heard him demand 700 more dollars, so I have witnesses. As a single woman, I did not appreciate his threatening tone and unprofessionalism. I feel was taken advantage of and I would not recommend this mover to anyone, as all you will get is heartache, a hassle and tons of excuses about why he can't do his job. I feel bad for anyone else who has to go through this because your only recourse is to take them to court.

Was the worst experience I have ever had - they charged me $400 more than my quote and Dustin said If i do not pay they will tkae my stuff to storage and I can figure it out... everything was "up for debate" with him but when i was ready to debate he would argue with me. Also took him and 2 other guys 3.5 hours to walk DOWN stairs and move me out of my condo! but once we paid and it was on his time, they all of a sudden started working. He also wouldnt refund me my $24 deposit until I made a stink about it. In the beginning of the day he told me he carries cash to refund us if they do it in a shorter time (which would never happen because they are too busy smoking cigarettes and texting) so when i asked for the money for my deposit he all of a sudden had no cash. and then 1- minutes later only had $20 on him... at the end of everything they moved our boxes and mattresses and said if we wanted the couches moved up they would need more money...all they cared about was extorted as much money as possible. i offered $40 because thats a 30 min pay to move one couch up an elevator which should only take 5 minutes. he then said it woudnt fit in the elevator and got in their trucks and left me and my roommate to fgure out how to move a couch to the 4th floor alone after we paid $700!!!! once we went and looked at the couches they were never moved, he never tried to bring them up th elevator because he completely ruined them. Legs cracked, leather ripped, cushions stained... i called him after he left so we could settle this because they owe us money for the couch and have never heard back since!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, VERY RUDE, OVER PRICED, NOT TRUSTWORTHY.... they are one big SCA

was a little worried at first, for the price I paid I thought was just going to be a quick, messy job... instead I got a very professional service. I guess its like is little motto. Thy came in and out, nothing got broken, then they even helped me set my bed up in the new apartment. The guys were very nice and respectful. Highly recommend.
