Had an awesome experience! Went in with bad color (done at another very expensive salon) and they not only made it look 100% better but they also made it feel better. I still need to keep conditioning it to help it get back to normal, but they explained this prior to getting it done. Considering what it looked/felt like when I went in, I can't believe how good it looks now. They were very professional about the whole situation and explained not only what they were going to do but also why! The icing on the cake, is they were extremely reasonable considering all they had to do.

Had a terrible experience one of the senior stylists colored my hair I showed her a picture of exactly what I wanted she went ahead and did her own thing and in the end when I saw you finished look I cried it was not anything like I showed her and had a different senior stylist fix it however because the other girl already colored my hair one way the end result of the new color didn't come out right, as the explained to me, I left there without paying nd with jacked up hair I would never go back there

I tried this "Spa" and unfortunately the day I was there there were so many children, it was chaos. I did have an appointment and waited perhaps 15 or 20 minutes. The young woman who was cutting my hair was jabbering on about something and that in itself was not a problem.



The problem was that every five minutes or so, she would run off to talk with the reps for one of the major hair products company. Thus every time she returned to my head she would have to start over in order to figure out what she had cut and what she had not. It was a very aggravating experience and I did not return and would not return there.
