I had a great visit at Advanced Eycare Associates. I saw Dr. Dinovo as well as my 2 kids did. The office staff is great and very helpful with the selection of the right glasses and contacts. The office has been recently redecorated and looks fantastic. We didn't have a long wait time in the reception area and we also did not have to wait long on our glasses and contacts. I also did some price checking around and I can honestly say that for the quality of the product we recieved and the warranties on the glasses and even the contacts it is well worth it. For contacts I believe the office was actually the same price as the discount places you can order your contact lenses. For the quality of the exam and the health of our eyes and the products we got, I am very happy. We will definitely return!

I had good service until I discovered this business true colors.

Recently paid over $400.00 for a pair of glasses I had to send back 3 times and after the 4th attempt my time was apparently out. I left a detailed message with Dr. Zender over a month ago, how disappointed I was that I was NEVER had the opportunity to even wear these $400. glasses and never received a call back. Even the ladies in the office left word for him to call. For some reason this place just couldn't get it right and I was not aware there was a time limit to "get it right"! Recently, I asked for the "useless" glasses and all of my family's records and explained why. Still NO CALLS or in other words no one cares!!! $400. is a huge amount of money for me to throw away, not including what the insurance paid. Stay away from this place!!!!!
