not a good groomer and not a good grooming place of business!!!

I read all the reviews, so I took my dog to be groomed by the so called" best in Deland." This was just about the worst job of grooming I have ever had. I asked to speak to the owner and she said, in a very rude voice, I'm the owner Roz. She demanded that I told her to cut the dog very short, which I did not. Then she charged me 15.00 more than she quoted. Very rude and can not groom very well. In looking back on the reviews for her shop, they were all done on the same day. Just wondering if she gave herself all those great reviews?

I went to the grooming station the other day because my regular groomer was booked. I could not believe how nice the people were and the groom was absolutely the best I have had done in a long time. I won't go anywere else now. Great Job Roz!!

THE GROOMING STATION owned by Roz is the place to go. The service is top notch and the ownership is very professional and courteous. Don't go to the fakes or the place that thinks they can groom a dog there is one and only one grooming station in deland and that is The Grooming Station by Roz. There may be wanna be's out there but I recommend this business to all of Volusia County. I have an older dog that I am very leary of leaving anywhere. I just wanted to share with everyone the honest compasion that the owner had for my dog. She made a late appointment just for my boy so he wouldn't be stressed by the noises in the busier part of the day. She really went out of her way to make me & Coco feel comfortable. He was happy when I picked him & that's 5 stars in my book. Thanks Again Grooming Station!

Roz Powers (owner of The Grooming Station) has been grooming my 2 large dogs for years now and I am extremely pleased with the work she has done & continues to do with my dogs. They love going to her shop and love the attention she devotes to them. I would definitely recommend her shop to anyone! Love the Grooming Station in Deland, Fl!

I have since moved away from the Deland area. I now live in the Sarasota area. The first time I took my dog to the new groomer she was so impressed at the way she was groomed and all the attention to detail. Many friends and strangers mentioned how well groomed she was. The lady who groomed my dog was warm and inviting. I could tell she truly loves animals. She took my dog as a walk-in later in the afternoon and not only had her back to me within the hour, but also had her groomed perfectly. I have a standard poodle and for anyone who knows that is a very difficult cut to get right. I was all the more impressed by how quickly she was able to get her finished. I thought maybe she would charge me extra since I was a walk-in with such a large dog, but she actually ended up giving me a discount because of an extra coupon one of the other customers left behind that wasn't used. I was really surprised and just had a great experience. I highly recommend the Grooming Station and will certainly be back.
