Our nightmare started on March 24th. We are still waiting on a resolution from STARLING Chevrolet. No signed credit inquiry form nor the financial breakdown of our deal has been received. We fell victims of a con artist.
We are now considering legal actions against Chevrolet. Their dancing around is only a confirmation of the shady business Starling is running and their total disregard to their customers satisfaction and overall experience.
Starling should not be in business and no one should grace them with a purchase.
There should be an option here for negative stars. I would happily award it to them.
STARLING... if you actually ready these reviews, please note that I am still waiting on that email from Corey with the signed application, the inquiry to be removed and the charges breakdown showing employee pricing/discounts.

Starling Should consider a name change.. "Stealing Chevrolet" seems more conducive to their business model.

They had my car for 5 days, didn't offer a rental, didn't fix my car, sent me away with a fog light out and headlights malfunctioning and charged $110 to "diagnose the problem", so I brought it to another mechanic who instantly knew how to diagnose it but sent me to another dealership because only the dealership can reset the module. I expressed how severe and dangerous this issue and was patient enough to leave it for 5 days at Starling, but they refused to fix it. I left 2 messages for the manager and he never called me back. Another dealership is currently fixing the issue. That is not service and it negligent, unprofessional, and it is clear Starling couldn't care less about the safety of their customers, nor do they want repeat customers.

Don't bother buying a used car especially if it's not their brand! The 172 point inspection is a joke!! After I bought the vehicle, I took it in to have it looked over. Dirty transmission fluid and a leaky shock. If they did their 172 point inspection, they would of found these problems. Took it back and asked what they were going to do about it and was told, "that's required maintaince." Really??? Should of stuck with a car dealership that takes care of their customers!

I went to the dealership ready to buy a new Cadillac. The sales person was very rude, and was very condescending, and I left. I bought an identical Cadillac from another dealership the very next day.



Since Starling is the closest Cadillac dealership to my home, I took it back to have my first oil change. The employees in the service department ignored me for the first 5 minutes I was in the service area, and continued to have a conversation with someone they obviously knew, as they told him "they would call him tonight" and walked him to the door and continued to have a conversation. After I waited an hour and a half for an oil change, I inquired as to how long it was going to take. The response that I received, in a loud snarky voice, was that this wasn't Jiffy Lube, and they don't change the oil in 20 minutes, and went on and on. I still replied with a "thank you", and went to the waiting area. He continued to mock me as I went around the corner.



I thought the first time I went to the dealership could not be a representation of the dealership as a whole. Maybe I was wrong....So terribly rude, and REALLY need to work on their customer service skills.

My husband & I recently brought our 2013 Malibu into Starling to have our A/C looked at. An I have to say this dealership NEVER disappoints us. Our car is always serviced quickly or they provide us with a loaner. They are the best!! An they have great customer service! Always Smiles!!!

One of the best dealerships I have ever used for sales or service. I live in Orlando, but it was worth the extra 20 minute drive to go to Starling.

In addition to great service, my car payment was almost $150 less then what the Orlando dealer tried to stiff me for.

Ive dealt with a desent amount of car dealerships, but none compare to starking Chevrolet! The parts department is extremely awesome and did more than asked to help me out! And the service department crew is full of friendly workers with a timely response. I definatly appreciated all the help and attentiveness shown to me! It was a great change of pace compared to the horrible service im used to at other dealerships!

I just leased my brand new cadillac ats and i couldnt be more excited. I was very nervous when they mentioned leasing but Pete explained it and it made sense. Matt and Dustin the managers were very nice and understanding and now i am enjoying my brand new Cadillac. Thank you very much for everything, if you need a new car go see Pete.
