I used to enjoy Pet Supermarket especially when I joined their VIP category 13 years ago but now that I have moved to Deland it sucks. The people working there have no clue what is sold and what is good. Do not try to get on the web and try to order something or talk to someone who works at Pet supermarket. It is the worse web site ever. Nothing on the web site works and there is no cart so no need to buy anything there. Go to Amazon or Chewy. Chewy's customer service is beyond exceptional

Provided by YPmobileVery knowledgeable, Diane helped me more than my vet did! She is far superior to the 'managers' that work there.
