The Notary Diana, has three degrees, she's confidential, familiar with many legal documents, however strict, she requires your identification prior to notarizing a document, known her 17 years plus....

Due to a medical emergency, I was in need of a mobile notary immediately for a POA. Not having any luck with the local ones in my area, I contacted Diana in Deland, which is a 2hr drive from me. After explaining my situation, she immediately told me she was on her way. Not only did she bring her Professionalism, and knowledge, also the utmost compassion for my situation. Diana stayed with us for 2 1/2 hours, making sure that they were Okay. I recommend her to everyone I know. She is a One-Of-A-Kind !!! Only Five stars, does not do her justice…

We found out last minute we needed a notary and she was available in a pinch! We would totally use her services again!

Took just a few minutes, on my way out the door, only in town for two weeks. Mobile Services, their hard to find and we were referred from someone at the UPS store at the Publix plaza. Our stay at the Motel is also great. Needed it done for my folks, We recognmend notary services.

She uses two seals, you can tell it's the original because one of the seals is a raised embosser. I needed five copies, one is the original and you can tell which one is the original and which is the copies. We needed it done right away, our father died in his sleep. the settlement for my divorce, deed, and final papers for the judge, was needed to get my divorce finalized. Had a problem with my family trying to stop me, and there was witnesses in the house. She suggested getting two witnesses that credible that are neutral. We left in her car and went to Burger king, found two witness for the deed, two other witnesses for the divorce papers and settlement agreement. She than drove me to the post office so I can send it certified to the lawyer. She brought me home, I couldn't believe it. total drive time away from home 10 minutes up, ten minutes back, couldn't believe it. She found witnesses for me, that won't lecture me, I wanted this done, I wanted this done. Thankyou so much, Sanford Resident.

I don't understand why she couldn't notarize the divorce papers. He was at work, and she was in Miami. It would be easier if you could. But when my boyfriend came to you and got his divorce papers notarized by you, you said he has to be here in front you. I see now, ok & now thanks for accepting him as indigent, we got $90.00 for Free-9 notary papers on his divorce with his wife, for free. anyway thankyou.
