Horrible people to do business with. They were the original installers of my AC unit so I called them about my unit going out. I spoke to their Manager and he told me that they could replace my current setup (variable speed) to a single speed unit for a lot cheaper than replacing the old motor. So I setup a time for them to come out and replace the unit and the guy come out and said he couldn't do it and they still are trying to charge me a fee for them coming out and doing absolutely nothing. When I called to ask about this charge they sent me in the mail I was told that the manager would call me back but he never did they just sent me another bill in the mail... Stay away from this company they just want to take your money.

AC in the house went out today 7/01/14. Decided to call on Jacobs though I'd never used them before. Called at 10:00am and they had someone out the same day. The person at the office who took my info was very friendly and professional, the service technician was the same. He called before he arrived at the house like they said and he figured out the issue in about 10 minutes, gave us a reasonable quote, fixed it and was done. Let me tell you it was NINETY degrees in the house when he arrived so to have a company actually do what they say, fix it and give you a reasonable bill was a breath of cool air! Bravo Jacobs!!
