$150.00 hardly even pays the cad techs time, let alone a field crew of two to three men, and then the licensed surveyors time reviewing the data and sealing amd stamping the surveys assuming all liability and responsability for life, Efird surveying group carries liability insurance and I am fairly certain your $150 surveyor does not.

Anything goes wrong its your @ss not his.

Words cannot describe how great this Company is. My home is located in an extremely difficult area to Survey. Efrid came out on a Saturday, worked the entire day and had to come back Monday to finish. They went above and beyond to get this Survey done. From speaking to other home owners to pulling deeds at the County Office. They were professional, friendly and most importantly they cared that the job they did was the very best they could do. Their fee was the same as any local groups, who by the way refused to survey my home due to the difficult area. Efrid drove almost 2 hrs to get to me. Maybe you could find someone for less money, but I'm sure you could not get the job they did with anyone else. I would not hesitate to recommend this GREAT Company to anyone that needs an accurate, professional Survey.

They quoted me 300.00 for a survey of my property , got it done for 150.00 , I know now who to recommend for survey work done , Efrid survey group is not ...

Efird surveying group recently surveyeyed 300 acres of total swamp land for me. Not only were they professional and courteous but they went way ABOVE and beyond setting all of my corners and personally showing me the boundary corners. They must have killed 100 moccasins and went through absolute hell to complete my survey. All of this with a smile on their faces. On top of all of this they were almost half the price of local competition. A huge thank you to Efird Surveying group. I will use them again in the future and will reccomend to anyone. Thanks again for your awesome work.
