i.eI just love living here at Clara Place Apartments. I have lived in several places here is Deland and I can personally say that I LOVE CLARA PLACE. It is a great place to live. The managers Kathy and Frank are the best mangers around. I enjoy my private patio after a hard day at work. Clara Place Apartments is a great place to live. When I first moved to Clara Place, I thought I would not fit in. Frank and Kathy make me feel right at home. Their warm personalities keep me laughing. I enjoy going outside sitting with my neighbors to unwind from my daily drive to Orlando. I want to thank Frank and Kathy for making me feel like a person not just a renter. Frank makes sure the outside looks great as well as the inside of our apartments. Thanks again Frank and Kathy for making me feel so welcome.

Clara Place Apartments a great place to live. Frank and Kathy keep the place looking great. Clara Place is not a complex it is my home. I have great neighbors and I am very proud to call Clara my home.
