I had previously wrote a bad article about this place. At the time of that writing I was advised of a death in my family and should not have written that. However, 2 months ago I bought a ford escape and Craig was really very helpful and informative to my husband and myself. I am in the process of bringing my daughter there for a vehicle. If any of my family or friends are shopping for a car, we will sure head them in their direction.

On March 30,2016 I purchased a 2003 Pontiac Aztec with a 30 day warranty I took the car to the Mazda dealership and had them to put it on a diagnostic test some of the codes that came up through there systems as follows( Cadillac converter, Ignition switch, Transmission, Engine, etc) less than 24 hours I took the vehicle back and I informed the gentlemen of the issues. I asked can I please get my money back as I have not had the car a full 24 hours and this car is about to fall apart. The gentleman states I will not give you your money back I can see if I can put you in another car. I told the gentleman I dont want another car can I have my money back he stated No. (I was really scammed). (So I am leaving the car lot without a vehicle) Scam car lot not good business for NO ONE

They are liars. They are only opened 9 to 5 m_f and till 1 saturday. We picked out a chevy blazer on wednesday, car needed jump and had a huge puddle on floor in front seat. The car was for my daughter wgo works 9 to 5:30. He wouldnt wait the extra half hour and was told to come back saturday. We wanted to leave a deposit to hold the car and was told several times over the next few days not necessary it will be here Saturday. Called several times friday to get vin for insurance and was told he was with a client. Went there at 4:30 friday car moved closest to door, went inside and was told come back saturday. Went there saturday they sold the car. No sorry or anything. Tried to get us to look at the rest of the junk cars they sell and left. Went down the street to Prime Cars got a 100% better car and excellent service. Car city keep your heeps of junk. Lesson learned.

I am regrettably on of the people who should've read the reviews first. I purchased a 99 Ford E250 from Car City and have had so many problems with this vehicle. When I asked The owner what could be done he told me to f-myself and proceeded to yell at me. This purchase has been a burden to my business and finances. The owner is abusive, unethical and greedy. Please heed my mistake and do what Michael P. did and refuse to give this man your business. There are better people out there.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! I went there to look at vehicles and the owner approached me and introduced himself. He told me he can't keep track of the mileage on all the vehicles so the only way to know is to start them. I walked around and narrowed my choices to 6, he told me that he isn't going to start half a dozen cars for me and that I could start two. These employees are rude, lazy and arrogant and there are many other places in the area who will actually try to earn your money. Read the other reviews about this place and you'll see that this is a common experience. Save your time and your money and don't give this place your business.

THEY ARE LIARS !!!!!!

While I was in the middle of buying a SUV from them, a current customer who had come in to pay, told me NOT TO BUY there. BUT I didn't heed their advice They told me they would fix the air , put radio knobs on the radio and change the tires on the SUV. Well, they changed the tires, but said because it was still shaking I would need to go to a tire place and have them balanced. So I did. Tires Plus showed me the tire that was ready to split apart, the odd sizes of the tires, and the years on them,1999 and 2000. Tires too old to safely use...so I bought ALL new ones. The air conditioner? they put a couple cans of A124 in it and a few days later it was hot again, they did it again, and the same thing. Then, they told me if I could get my friend who is a mechanic to find out what was wrong with it, they would fix it...AND, they told him that also. When we found out it was the Compresser, they decided not to fix it.I got an estimate to fix it, and it was 900.00. I think the man who owns the place (and has been their "20" years) is a rip off artist, and THAT is how they have been there so long. My deal was for them to fix these things, and I would buy the car, I pay my payments.......AND will have an honest person fix my air!
