Living here in Delafield makes it convenient but they are worth the trip even if you aren't from the area. Always explain the issues and offer the best alternatives. Fast and reasonable service. Several times they have fixed our problems through the team view app. No trip, no charge. On my way there now with a bug that has popped up. Bob & Deb Rydlewicz

Best prices and service you'll find. They saved my laptop when others said it was dead, and they did it for 1/3 the cost of a lower quality replacement from Best Buy. They took the time to explain what happened, what needed repair, and how soon it would be done. Exceptional value! They have a lot of positive reviews. That's why I went to them. Believe the reviews.
