Do not shop here if you want to feel like a valued or respected customer. I have been a loyal customer for years, even reached the highest reward status, but have been treated terribly at this Delafield location. One time I was even told by the district manager, yes the district manager, to either buy something or get on with my day when I was asking the computer representative questions. I think we should all give our business elsewhere. Save yourself the hassle and buy from some company who actually has good customer service and knowledge of products. Their so called "Geek Squad" is a joke too. Most of their representatives have no clue about the products they sell.

I purchased a 2 year warranty and found out it runs concurrent with manufacturer warranty. So basically they screw you 1 years worth of warranty. Called and would help. Delafield store is stealing money from you on their joke warranty!

Horrible customer service at Delafield location, bought and installed a security system for our company and upon testing find that one of the cameras were bad, called Best Buy and was told that we would need to uninstall entire system and return and that would not be able to exchange the defective camera only... I would not buy anything from here ever again after this experience. Well played Delafield Best Buy...
