Provided by Superpagesthis company leaves one to wonder the validity of the old saying "the customer comes first". The technician shows up without the part to repair the problem when previously told what to bring based on the failure of the equipment on previous visits and repairs. Not prepared at all. Then they have a flat rate coded into their repairs. It may be a simple $30 dollar repair but will charge you the full $500 service as coded in their policy. no margin for prorating the job based on the complexity. but what does one do? decline the repair or pay to have a company from san antonio come out...seriously!

Provided by Superpagesthese guys are great! They were honest polite and even protected my floor by wearing shoe covers.. WOW.. Im so greatfull I called Plumber Now! I will continue using thier service. I would recomend them any day. One happy customer.
