Disgusting. The rooms were not clean. The staff is rude and even went as far as to yell at me and hang up in my face. The DIRTIEST hotel I have ever seen

I stayed in this motel almost a year ago and this motel room was falling apart. There were wires hanging out of the ceiling and wall where there once was a light fixture and a smoke detector. The window drapery track was broken and would not close. There was brown finger prints all over the bathroom door. The sheets were not fitted and came loose during the night and exposed the view if stained matresses. There were beetle type insects covering the window screens. This was an unclean, and unsafe place to stay. I wrote letters and sent pictures to the hotel owner, the franchise ceo, the franchise customer service and the franchise website. I havent heard a word back from any of my letters.
