I had attended this dentist to receive professional advise for an aching tooth. The doctor informed me that my mouth was fine and that is was healing from gum recession and should recover by itself. She then went ahead on doing a "cleaning" without checking my insurance records to see that it was not yet time for my 6 month cleaning. The nurse previously told me that everything in this appointment would be covered by my insurance so I thought nothing of it. Later I find out that because they had preformed this unwanted nor necessary service, I had to pay 97 dollars because my insurance did not cover it.

If this establishment's is going on with providing services that are not wanted or could be afforded by the patient without insurance, then there is a clear problem of communication. With this situation, I realize the intention of your establishment as only wanting payment for service and not caring or seeking the best options for your patients. I hope this attitude changes among this establishment, because you are, after all, doctors that care for the patients not for money, right? From this experience, will not be returning for your dental services.

Took my daughter first to get a refferal and cleaning. Waiting room was overcrowded with no where to sit. They seemed to have a lack of communication, disorganized. . They forgot to give her her fluoride until I asked them if she had it. One of the receptionists seemed crabby. I had to ask them several times for the referral.
Then took her back for fillings. The dentist didn't wait for her to get numb, and while "numbing" her, another assistant came in the room to tell them that someone else was waiting who was suppose to be ahead of us? The dentist seemed rushed. My daughter said procedure was painful (despite asking for more numbing med).. Also, she told me they had something on the other side of her face that the assistant and the dentist where both "leaning on" which caused a big mark on her face. I would not recommend.

STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!! This place is not where you want to go. They refused to do the extraction I went there for and only wanted to sing me up for nearly$6,000 in treatments. Refused to let me see the x-rays. That set off the RED FLAGS AND BLARING SIRENS. They only are interested getting your money. Wish that I could give a BIG NEGATIVE 10 STARS.

I had Dr. Hackney and Honestly he is a riot. Dr. Hackney seems to know his stuff, and was very nice. I had an emergency and he fit me in where he could. I sat in the chair for 6 hours, BUT it was because I had a lot of work to be done that day and he was working around his schedule for the day. He was very professional and told me he would take care of me. Well, the pain is gone and I am happy with the service I received. I recommend coming here. Price is very reasonable as well.

I went here for 4 yrs. Within that time I had lots of dentists leave in a short amount of time working there. My newer dentist there often asked for supplies that the office didn't offer, meaning there were better ways of care that this facility didn't provide. But what made me finally leave was when I lost my front tooth & called the emergency number for 2 days & never got a call back. Then, when I showed up there Mon. morn., they told me I would have to wait 2 wks for a temp. replacement & I would have to wait to even be seen by the dentist. Also, no same day solution, just a hole in my mouth for 2 wks! I called Family Dental down the street. Not only did they get me in with the dentist immediately, they offered me a same-day temp. invisaline-style tray for free while I wait for my flipper tooth to be made so I can go to work w/o embarrasment. The dentists there have been steady for yrs, staff was amazingly helpful & kind, & facilities were nicer than Dekamore. Never going back!

Let me start off by saying the only reason we went there is because a family member worked there. They treat the staff like dirt, so in turn it is like a revolving door there. Always new people working. Treatment is hit or miss, depending on if you can actually see the same dentist. That is if they actually still work there. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I highly recommend staying away from this dental business. The implant crown they did came loose after a few days - and I am now seeing another dentist (they recommended I seek another dentist) to get it redone. They are also unwilling to reimburse me the total amount I paid them for the blotched job they did! I have filed a complaint against them seeking reimbursement with the BBB.

Maybe I had a different dentist than the other reviewers (I had Dr Aparna Srinivasa), but I experienced nothing but quality service during my time at dekamore. Dr Srinivasa is kind, gentle and always made sure I understood what and why she was doing what she did. I heard bad reviews about Dr. Ansari from other people waiting in the lobby, but never had any issues personally.



There was a delay in getting a crown for one of my teeth, but I was quickly offered a free cleaning as compensation for the wait. I have already recommended Dr. Srinivasa to some of my friends, and would definitely advise anyone seeking dental care to go see her :)

This business does not stand by their work. I went in to have several fillings put into my teeth and within 3 days half of them came out, taking my teeth with them. So, now I have even more sensitivity and holes in my mouth then when I started. When I went to the office to tell them about it they said we had to wait until my insurance would cover it again. MY insurance!!!!! I am a hair dresser and when someone comes back and says hey you messed up my hair I either fix it for free or I give them at least some money back. Instead, DeKamore Dental replied by telling me that when I finish paying off the balance they will close my accounts. Thank you and have a nice day!!! I am so mad.

I would highly recommend staying away from this office. Did not appreciate the service, the multiple billing errors, nor the personnel. I was also refused a copy of my dental and treatment records when I requested them. Instead, I was given a single page printout copy of my x-ray and charged $10. Stay away
