Greg was excellent. He was here within 10 minutes and found a bad connection on our furnace. He also gave us advice with a whistle from our vent. He was very polite and knowledgeable. We will use All Star again!

I have 3 small children and my older furnace went out the first cold days of winter. For 4 days my house was 40degrees, and no other company could figure out the issue with my heat. No other company even made me a priority. All Star heating in dekalb took extra time on the phone to help diagnose my problem, and met me late with the part. Can't say enough good things about the service and character. Hard to find these days.

Our furnace went out at 1am during the January 2014 Polar Vortex, when temps were -50F windchill outside. I called Greg at All Star and he came out in 15 minutes and fixed our furnace for a very reasonable price. This was the second time we have used All Star, and I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!

I recently had All Star Heating & Air Conditioning replace my old furnace and central A/C. I was very happy with the whole experience from start to finish. To begin with, when you call them you talk with Greg Freeman, the owner, and deal with him through the whole process. Greg is a true professional who knows what he is talking about and has the training and years of experience to back it up! The work that Greg and his very highly skilled assistant did were second to none. All details of the system were checked out before Greg was satisfied enough to call it a completed project. I am extremely satisfied with Greg and his service. He is knowledgeable, flexible and professional. Provided free quote (best of three) with lots of information to help me decide and was flexible when I decided to have furnace installed first, then A/C later in the spring (without extra charges). His work was meticulous when installing both units. He moved some pipes when installing new furnace, making it easier to access unit -- again, without nickel and diming me for it. Very responsive with questions post install. Highly recommended.

This is the best customer service I've ever received. EXTREMELY knowledgeable, fair, honest, quick and efficient. I wish they provided more than heating and cooling services; don't look any further than Greg and All-Star Heating, they are a 24 hour service and travel.

We recently had All Star install a furnace and air conditioning unit in our home. They were very helpful in assisting with the proper size as well as identifying what units qualified for the tax credits. They did the work very quickly and very clean. The quality and professionalism was 5 star! We had used All Star in the past for service on our old units. They were quick to arrive and took the time to explain to us what the problem was and why it was happening. They have also been able to assist both my parents and grandparents with 100% satisfaction.
