My car is having problems with no heat, overheating & slowly looses coolant. I brought it to CCAC. They replaced the thermostat & radiator cap. Following day it had no heat. The system was never "burped" of air. I was charged for a service that was previously performed at a dealership, which they were informed about. A couple days later, same issue. I called to ask if old thermostat was in fact defective, was it stuck open or closed. They couldn't tell me! That would really help me diagnose problem. Makes me wonder if it was really changed. I'll never go back, not even to fix a flat tire.
