Holy Cross School is a Catholic school of the Archdiocese of Chicago. It enrolls more than 350 students in preschool through grade eight. The school s educational program includes math, reading, social studies, science, art and religion. It also provides special programs in physical education, music and cultural arts. Holy Cross School additionally offers speech therapy, remedial instructions and special educational programs for students with special needs. It offers several extracurricular activities, such as choirs, band, basketball, football, volleyball, and musical and drama performances. The school s facilities consist of a gym, playground, library, art and music rooms, and computer, technology and science laboratories. Located in Deerfield, Ill., Holy Cross School conducts Christmas music shows, community service projects, field trips and art appreciation classes.
