If you are a veteran, or on active duty, you will like this post. They are a new generation post, with computer facilities and training, WiFi, a web site, ( WWW. DeerfieldPost738.org ), and lots of activities such as, trips to firing ranges,museums, reinactments, etc. They are very helpful to Vets. They have events on most holidays, are featured in localMemorial Day, 4th of July, parades and ceremonies. Vets of all ages enjoy the private club on the post. Thay have gaterings for events such as Super Bowl, etc. They have fun meetings with beverages and food, and have great dinners on Thanksgiving Day, St. Patrick Day party, etc. 847- 945- 9821.
