DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET THERE! My dog came back home after a bath with ticks! My dog never ever had fleas or ticks, he is all white so it is easy to see, I found three ticks that same night after he came home, NEVER AGAIN!

Eliane has been grooming my dog Molly since we adopted her in 2016. I can always trust her 100% with how she treats my dog and the greatest quality grooming she can provide. Molly loves going to the store and having a play pen all to herself; she always comes back smelling so fresh and clean!

DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG HERE. I brought my 16 year old dog in for a nail clip. Like the other review said they were overbooked. I told them the dog was old and they seemed not to care. The dog was in distres and I noticed they were pulling and twisting his leg in a bizarre manner. The dog is too old to be yanked at like that. I made them bring him down for a break and they got angry and said they would not have time to finish the job if he got down for a break.
They don’t care about dogs. No one who cared about dogs would treat an old dog so badly. I can’t even imagine how they treat the dogs when the owner is not watching. I will not be back.

Best in the business. Small start-up shop with great quality and pricing. Lovely day care area--areas to be more exact, very safe and most important, cage-free. There are video recorded cameras all over the establishment with live stream access!

I wish there was a MINUS stars button. This place is AWFUL. I stopped in 3 days ago and asked...."why should I change groomers? What makes this place different". Oh because my Mom loves dogs and we really care about the dogs etc. OK, so I book appt yesterday. 2 dogs. Full groom for one, the other, bath nails face. They said 800-830. So I arrive at like 835. No prob. they said baths? I said no grooming, I can bathe them myself. Well we just have it marked as baths. Well, can you groom or not? Yes we will fit them in OK. Ok forward to 1:30. I call and say whats up how are my dogs?? Well we overbooked and it will be another 2 hours. 7 HOURS FOR GROOMING 2 DOGS? I said no do not touch my dogs I will be right there. I get there and I said please just give me my dogs...the son says."Oh we know what kind of customer you are...you just want free services" I said FREE?? Are you kidding me? I dont want my dogs held hostage for 7 hours. Then the MOM groomer says call the police. I said call the police for what? Just give me my dogs. You booked for just a bath. I said I can bathe my own dogs if you didnt have the time you should have said no we are booked. even your own son said on the phone you overbooked. She says are you paying or not?? I said I will pay for your lack of services but I will for sure state my experience on line. She says go ahead I have enough customers.. So if that is the experience you want for your dogs, feel free to bring them there. But know you will be without your dogs for 5-7 hours. So I got a partially groomed dog and dog who was only bathed for $85. What a deal.
