Wow, This place is a rip off! Please, Don't waste your time. They will take your money and do nothing! The office staff is not friendly and they don't know what true customer service is. They are rude and treat you like a hard core criminal. If I would have known I would have taken my ticket somewhere else or defended myself! They STOLE MY MONEY!!! No, I'm not talking anything about court cost that are associated with a traffic violation I am talking about the initial payment. I payed them and they did nothing! Well, lesson learned. Please, consider someone else!
