I was lucky enough to get Ra'san. To do the service on my house today. He was friendly and happy and I could tell he was smiling under his mask. He asked me questions to see if I had any concerns and really listened. He did a really good job all on the eaves of my house for the spiders and webs. I feel so much better and comforted after all he did to keep the bugs out of my house. Please thank Ra'sad Murphy for me and I hope you keep hiring people like him. You have a valuable employee in him. People like him are who make me keep staying with your wonderful company. Thank you!

Pierre Hamel did an exceptional job, he is very courteous and very thorough. He goes over everything that has to done on the initial service.

Dan Alois performed pest control treatment on my home on 4/17/19. He was very professional and courteous. He called ahead to confirm when he would be at the property and he came on time. He asked about any issues or concerns when he came and then went to work. I had many millipedes in my yard and he took care of these, he also inspected the back yard and swept all spider webs. Before leaving he let me know he was done and I would let The company know if I had any other concerns. Dan is a dedicated technician and a great representative of his company Aptive. Thanks Dan!

The Service Technician (J. González) was very professional. He arrived within the time window, having called ahead to confirm when he would be at the property. The first thing he did was to ask about any issues or concerns, and then went to work. Before leaving he let me know he was done and that if I continued having problems, or if I had any other concerns, I could call the office. He also reminded me that I would receive an e-mail detailing the work completed. I love this company!

Jason Gonzalez was on time and checked to see if there was anything that has changed since the last time he was here. Asked how I was since he remembered that I had just had surgery the last time he was here. Very nice and caring.

Terrell Hill is the technician who provided my service last week. He confirmed the appointment in advance and followed up, via email, afterwards. I’ve just recently become an Aptive customer and, so far, I am pleased with the service. Everyone I have dealt with has been very professional.

As much as I am vocal about reporting terrible experiences, I am even more to opine regarding stellar customer service.

Widgy is EXCEPTIONAL. He addressed me by name, asked directly what has been going on, and for me to show him the spiders before he applied any formulas. Then after I removed my pets, he thoroughly applied the pesticide in each corner unless there was food storage or adjacent bedding/furniture. During the process he educated me on spiders, specifically daddy long legs and gave me stories on how spiders operate overall. He advised what we needed to do --replace kitchen window screen and avoid leaving the exterior doors open-- to keep the outdoor spiders from entering the premises.

Mr. Normil then took care of the outside while we removed all of the kitchen drawers and emptied all the kitchen cabinets for him to apply a different solution. We even went back outside just to make sure key areas were not missed and he did not complain. It was then that we learned he applied a formula for any ticks and fleas! How thoughtful!!! Mr. Normil rushed us not one time. VERY THOROUGH, polite, professional, patient, informative, thoughtful and he seems to enjoy what he does.

After Mr Normil left, he came back to give us additional glue pads that he promised earlier. He did such an outstanding task that we decided we want only Widgy Normil as our permanent inspector from Aptive.

Three days later Widgy came back as a follow-up and did another spectacular job.

I was just serviced by Lamy Seremy. He was very courteous and professional. He performed all services that I requested with care. I am very pleased with his work!
