I cannot find words to express my complete satisfaction and happiness with the driveway project performed by Mr. Carlos Fabrica of America Pavers and his crew. The day after I contacted Mr. Fabrica he was at my home early and provided me with an estimate. Once the job started, everything went smoothly and was accomplished within a week. When I had a question, Mr. Fabrica was prompt in giving me an answer and the crew was ready to comply with any of my requests. They were early and worked late into the afternoon every day. Mr. Fabrica and his crew were professional, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly in every aspect. I was a bit sad to see the job come to its final stage, as I enjoyed watching them work in harmony and good spirit. I can only say, THANKS CARLOS, for making me very happy with my beautiful driveway and last, but not least, Dennis, Landis, Jorge, Immar, Hector and Emil thank you for an excellent job well done! The most honest company I have ever dealt with! The owner (Carlos Fabrica) came to my home with many samples of the stone. He explained how he would do the job, gave me an estimate. After I got other estimates (some about the same price and others double the price) I chose America Pavers. I was given a date when the project would begin and how long it would take to complete. He also told me he would warranty the job for a year.. Supplies were delivered to my home the day before the project began. On the first day of the job Mr. Fabrica arrived with the crew that would do my job. He went over the job with the crew and me. His crew was polite, professional and answered any questions about the job in a professional way. When the job was complete the clean up was meticulous. I paid Mr. Fabrica thanked him for a job well done. At the end of April I left for my summer home in New Jersey. I received a call from my Florida landscaper telling me that a pipe from my sprinkler system must have broken and my driveway was flooding every time the sprinkler system went off. The landscaper turned off my sprinklers. I had no idea what to do as this was the time of the year the lawn needed water. I called Carlos Fabrica at America Pavers.I asked if he could help me out with my predicament. He told me not to worry he would take care of it. He called me this afternoon, told me that he worked on the problem and everything was fixed. When I asked how much I owed him, his response was nothing! Being 1500 miles away from my home I was so happy my problem was solved but more than that I was profoundly touched by his good will, integrity and honesty. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. Contractors should take a lesson from the work ethic of Carlos Fabrica and his company America Pavers.
