Left 3 messages no return calls or follow up. Any business that doesn't return a prospective customers call in my opinion is not in business.

Doug was absolutely awesome. He is fair, honest, personable and seemed like he really wanted to help. This is your guy, you can't go wrong with Doug.

My wife and I opened a small fitness center a year and a half ago, and Doug was the person who set up all of our equipment.



Since that time Doug and his wife Myra have serviced all of our equipment. They have been wonderful to work with. They are good at what they do, and are very efficient with their time. Moreover, they are extremely pleasant to work with and fun to be around.



They have often helped us over the phone, rather than charge us for a trip, even though

that takes money out of their pocket.



Their guiding light seems to be fairness, and honest work for their money.



We are lucky to have them to service our equipment, and would recommend them to

anyone else.

We used Doug Gardner DBA Fitness Equipment Doctor's to repair our exercise equipment. Doug was very professional, obviously an expert at the trade, but the best part was his witty and kind personality. You immediately felt at ease with him and he was quick and efficient. We've made a friend for life with him.

Once we had just a small technical problem, course we didn't know that, but he told us over the phone what to do to fix it ourselves and it worked fine. I'm sure in this economy he could of used the money he'd of earned coming out to fix it, but was kind enough to tell us the trick to fixing it ourselves.

He's a great guy, we will gladly refer him to all our friends and do business with him as long as we have exercise equipment.
