*The exterminator, Tafadzwa, was prompt, respectful and very professional. If I had a business of my own, I would hire him without a second thought. If the cloning of humans were possible, Tafadzwa would be my first choice. He took care of my home inside and out. I haven't had any pests for the past nine months. EXCELLENT!!!

David arrived earlier than expected and was extremely courteous and professional! He was attentive to my needs and listened as I described my hornet's nest issue in my backyard. David immediately retrieved his protective equipment and addressed the nest issue. I was very happy with David's professional knowledge and the efficiency in which he completed his job. David also initiated a follow up visit in three days to check on the nest. I would highly recommend this technician and Aptive service!

Any & all pests ( including pantry moths & german roaches) all insects removed from home & it's perimeter. Highly recommended & honest. A Godsend.

Horrible don’t use them!!! Scams they were not professional on the phone! They sell you on this product! Still bugs and all they want is there money! Very unhappy

With absolutely no notice I signed the contract at 4pm Friday, they were on my property at 4:30 because expected grandkids at 7 pm for entire weekend!!! They explained everything even after my 30+ questions! Hopefully it works and the ants stop their attack! Let u know ! Guys were great!

I am starting my second year of service with them. I was very happy with the results last year. Each tech that came out was great, they knew their stuff and they were all very nice. They come when they say they are going to come ( today that’s very rare). I don’t normally recommend anyone but I recommend these guys without any reservations.

Aptive has taken care of issues with ants and ticks. Their personnel are very professional and courteous. They are also prompt.

Since doing business with Aptive I only signed a 1 year contract just to see how they were, I’ve had such a great experience with them, very friendly, very reasonable, anytime I have a question, the gentlemen is very knowledgeable. I will be signing a new contract soon. Definitely going to keep doing business with them.

The person who performed the application was very helpful he discovered some rotting under the patio doors and recommended replacing. I mentioned we discovered some ants in the kitchen and he added additional product outside in the area. We are very happy with his attention to detail.
