I pre-ordered a video game from the Decorah, IA Walmart. But when I got to the store, ON THE DAY THE GAME WAS RELEASED, they said that they were sold out of the game already, even though I had pre-ordered the game guaranteeing me a copy of the game. They said that they "had no idea how many pre-orders their were" and that they couldn't "tell a non-pre-order customer they couldn't sell them the game" even though I had paid in advance for the pre-order and should have gotten my game that was SUPPOSED TO BE HELD BACK FOR ME FOR 10 DAYS. But nooooo, they didn't follow the pre-order policy yet again. Stormed out of the store and am never going back to this store location, or even town for that matter due to an added up list of problems. DON"T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!
