My husband and I decided to call in to Midstate Overhead Doors because we had an issue with our operator. We spoke with a girl in the office and she was more than helpful, told us they were pretty busy during this winter weather, but made us feel like we were still a valuable customer and that since it was not an emergency call, we'd get service the next day. The next day comes around and they called us about 15 minutes ahead of time, like we asked, and the technician was very nice & thorough, 2 hours later, we were all fixed and happy campers! I would recommend this company to anyone that has door issues! Thank you.

We recently purchased a new home. The garage doors were old and not very secure. We hired Midstate to install new ones. They did an excellent job from start to finish. Not only is our home more secure, they have really improved the look and value of our home. We would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to upgrade their home.

I called for an estimate. They came out and told me they can fix the door and would call me the next morning with estimate. 2 days later I had to call them and it took them a while to find my paperwork. That's because it was still filed in the back pocket of the one that did the estimate. They said they would put me on the list to get work done. 2 weeks later or car still sits outside because they haven't shown up. Wonder how they stay in business if this is how they run things with all customers.

Great service and got the work done in a timely matter. Everyone was really nice and didn't beat around the bush about anything. I highly recommend them.
