Took my mom for her birthday and she loved it. Unfortunately it's only a side but the truffle macaroni and cheese is creamy and the perfect amount of truffle. The steaks are also fantastic.

Please don't let the looks fool you! All I can say is Mangement SUCKS! After placing an oder, and receiving it I had a piece of hair or something in my food. I informed the waiter, and he told me it would be another 15mins before I could get my food. I then asked him would they take somthing off the bill or something due to everyone else having there food. He told me Mangement would have to speak to me about that. And here comes RUDE MANGEMENT. Basically the manger told me he was doing me a favor by preparing another meal for me (and tone was awful), at this point I told him not to worry about. And walked off rolling his eyes. As everyone else ate and finished, here comes a FLYING ROACH! At this point I was Thankful my order was messed up. So just because a place looks upscale, PARKER"S ON PONCE is on a LOWSCALE! You would have been better off going to Ryan's for better customer service. Also not in a millon years you would think mangement would treat a customer so RUDE!
