Provided by YP.comManagement is horrendous. The infrastructure is so poor that we had 3 floods! The servicemen haphazardly fixed the carpet and walls so when it was time to move out, they charged us $950 in damages! This is atrocious because the flooding was completely because of the infrastructure which the tenant is not responsible for. Management was extremely rude and not negotiable. The walls are also paper thin, you can hear any time Emory kids are throwing parties, and the trash and recycling overflows constantly. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!
