I utilized the services of Donald Trimble Mortuary for the funeral service of my father in December 2015. This was absolutely a HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE that I would NOT recommend to anyone considering using this establishment for several reasons. For example, the agreed upon price for services changed (increased) even after the funeral director assured us when we signed the agreement that this was the final price. During the funeral service, I requested and paid for a memorial video from Donald Trimble Mortuary to be played on loop in the background. The video was never set up to be played, so I had to alert a staff member DURING the funeral service to start the video. I thought this was very tacky as they did not seem prepared for the funeral. Additionally, I was very unsatisfied with the funeral director, Yolanda H. I found her to be very unprofessional, rude, and unsympathetic throughout and after the funeral planning process. There were errors on official documents that Donald Trimble Mortuary was responsible for including my father's name and his date of death- the date referenced was a distant date in 2016. How they managed to make such glaring errors and not catch them is beyond me. My experience with this funeral home was unpleasant and I encourage all who are considering this place to think twice. Your loved ones deserve better.
