I had spoken about my washing needs over the phone a month or so eariler.. I wanted a dependable washing machine without the bells & whistles, quiet, that actually got clothes clean & fast! I had a Maytag Centennial (junk).... I was recommended a Speed Queen. I done my research on the brand. Found it to be #1 with CONSUMER REPORTS. AMERICAN MADE PRODUCT WITHOUT CHEAP PLASTIC PARTS. I saved up my change until I had what was needed for purchase. I went in one morning & bought my Speed Queen washing machine. From the time I drove up, I felt welcome. They were so nice & helpful. After talking with Mr. McCullough & looking around. I decided on a simple manual operated machine. I was told it would be the next day before they could deliver. I expressed how desperately I needed the washer. The one I had was practically brand new, but useless. Mr. McCullough said to me "don't worry, it will be there today!" He himself along with help had the washer at my house & set up within 3 hours!!!! He told me repeatedly "If this don't do what we promised, call me!" Had my first load finished within 30 minutes!!!! I was so happy! Simple, clean, quiet, & fast!! I would never get that service from a chain retail store. Not to mention chain's don't carry the Speed Queen brand.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED LOCAL BUSINESS!! LOCAL FAMILY OWNED!!!! I can't even say enough great things about the service & kindness I received.
